How do I request refund / request replacement / return goods to you? 1. Sending items back is easy. Please click here read our warranty & return policy carefully before you request a RMA number. 2. Please click here go to our email support request a RMA number, we will issue and email you RMA number together with return instructions 1 or 2 business day after we get your request. With that number clearly written on your package box, you can ship your item back to us. 3. An RMA number must be issued for return products. Products returned with no RMA number will be lost.
